Christopher Potter Obituary
Chesapeake - Christopher William Potter, 22, was unexpectedly called home to be with the Lord on August 22, 2017. A native of Virginia Beach, he was a press operator at Vitex Packaging in Suffolk. Chris enjoyed playing his guitar and was passionate about fishing. He enjoyed himself the most when surrounded by family and friends.
Survivors include his father, Darin A. Potter of Chesapeake; mother, Denise B. Rawls and husband Joey of Disputanta; three brothers, Brett A. Potter (his twin), Mason Miller and Joey Rawls; his grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and his best friend, Matt Berthiaume.
The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel, Suffolk, on Saturday, Aug. 26, from 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Sunday at 3 PM. www.SturtevantFuneralHome.com
