Dennis Gosey Obituary
Chesapeake - Dennis W Gosey, Goshen, VA - 52 went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2013. He was retired from the Norfolk Regional Fire Department.
He leaves behind his loving wife Sheila; cherished sons , Joshua, Tyler and Nicholas; brother David and wife LizAnne; sister Deborah; step father Steve Morrison; father David C. Gosey and wife Leslie; Uncle Jerry and Aunt Sandee Moore, Uncle Johnnie and Aunt Sue Moore; Mother-in-law Lou Early; sister-in-law, Sherry Early; and many cousins, nieces and nephews and countless friends. He was predeceased by his mother Janet Morrison.
Prior to moving to Goshen, VA in early June of this year, Dennis was an active member at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Chesapeake . He participated in numerous mission trips and bible studies. He loved the Lord and he loved his family dearly.
There will be a memorial service at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Chesapeake on Monday, July 8th at 7:00 PM. A reception will follow the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers , memorial donations may be made to The Aldersgate United Methodist Church Mission Fund .

To Dennis' family, Words can't take away the pain but know Dennis was a good man. I was lucky enough to work beside him on a mission trip to Mississippi to help Katina victims. He had a very loving spirit for all. He will be missed. May your faith and family and friends give you comfort during this time of grieving.
