Dolores J. Wheat

Chesapeake - Dolores J. Wheat, 90, passed away June 8, 2018. She was born in Chicago IL (Cook County, to the late John and Clara Lewandowski. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband; James O. Davis, children; Joe, Herman and Sharon Wheat and grandchildren; Gracie, Leilani and Marlo.

Dolores leaves to cherish her memory, her sons; Kenny Wheat, Howie Wheat (Patricia), FreddyWheat (Darci), Bill Davis (Tracie) and Richie Davis (Dawn), daughters; Carol Wheat, Dorothy Strory (Mike), Cindy Davis, Mindy Huffaker (Shawn), and numerous grandchildren.

The funeral service to celebrate Dolores' life will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 11 AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502. Her visitation will be Monday evening from 5-8 PM. Please visit www.woodlawngroup.com to share a memory with the family.
