Jake and I offer condolences to you Bernie and your family. We know Duncan was an energetic force in the Wallace family and will be missed. It has been a pleasure to listen to stories about you all from Mary. I especially enjoyed hearing about your friendship when you all were young. Bless you dear ones.

Stunned and saddened to read of Duncan´s passing-among other things, he was an advocate par excellence for people with disabilities and was a pioneer in the development of community based services in Va.Beach-I am presently out of the country and sadly won´t be able to attend the service to honor Duncan´s life-may his memory be a blessing

Duncan Wallace was my wife s psychiatrist for many years and helped us both through difficult times. His expertise and humor made our lives better. He had a keen intellect and also a zest for life. He was also an avid bicyclist for many years. He was an outstanding member of our medical community. Our kindest condolences go to his wife Bernie and family . Bill and Eileen Cooper

Dear Bernie and family,
We are saddened to hear that Duncan passed away. Both you and Duncan were our delightful neighbors back on the Point for so many years. We still have many fond remembrances, especially the stop and talk walk the two of you did regularly., and the Hurricane messes all of us pitched in to clean up. Sheldon and I extend our deepest condolences to you and your family. I wish we could be there in person to give you a hug.
Fondly,
Pam and Shel St Clair
