Elizabeth Capps Obituary
She was predeceased by her mother, Millie Ruth Floyd; father, Stephen Henry Floyd; two brothers, Jack and James "Jim" Floyd; and her son, Charles Kelly O'Neal.
Liz went to Beauty School, was owner with her husband of the Cape Henry Club, Holland Place Restaurant, and spent the rest of her time devoted to her family.
She leaves behind her husband, Earl "Stanley Earl" of 59 years; her daughter, Terri Capps Bain; three grandchildren, Charles Kelly O'Neal, Aaron Capps Bain, Carter Wesley Bain; two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Jacob O'Neal; and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all. She was known to always have a smile for everyone and always had a kind word. She loved everyone who came into her life. A piece of us all will be missing without you. We love you.
A Memorial Service will be held for her at 2:00pm, on May 7, 2022, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 1264 N. Great Neck Rd., Virginia Beach.
