Elizabeth Harrell

Elizabeth S. Harrell CHESAPEAKE - Elizabeth Skea "Betty" Harrell, 75, of the 4100 block of First St., went to be with the Lord July 4, 2008. A native of Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Jane Peterkin Bremner and the wife of the late Floyd L. "Pete" Harrell. She was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Jane H. Destroismaisons and her husband Brian and a son, Charles Lee Harrell, all of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Jennifer Lee Parrott and her husband Josh, Danielle Rawls and her husband Richard and Justin Destroismaisons; three great-grandchildren, Christian Harrell, Zachariah Parrott and Sean Rawls; a sister, Jean Hyler of Suffolk; and three brothers, Robert Bremner of Chesapeake, John Bremner of Ohio and Charles Bremner of Roanoke, Va. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel, with the Rev. Ernie Myers officiating. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
