Evangeline Rader Obituary
Virginia Beach - Evangeline "Vangie" Toroc Rader, age 56, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 9, 2018. She was born to Reynaldo and Victorina Toroc on January 11, 1962.
She married John Rader on June 19, 1998 and they were blessed with their son, Jacob on June 14, 2002. In addition to her parents, husband, and son she is survived by 2 brothers, Edgar and Rey, plus a wide extended family.
On top of being the most loving and incredible mother to her son, Jacob, Vangie was a dedicated RN for decades. Vangie was an extremely caring person so it was fitting that she became an RN where she could care for others in their time of need.
Anyone who knew Vangie knew she loved her family, friends, church, and God. She was very active in her church community as a participant in various groups and functions at International Christian Church in Virginia Beach.
A funeral service for Vangie will be held Friday, May 18, 2018 at 11am at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Norfolk. Internment immediately to follow.
"Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance, and when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, dance." Vangie is now dancing with her Savior. She will be greatly missed by any and all who knew her. Her bright smiling face will be forever imprinted in the minds of those who love her.
Flowers can be sent to Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Norfolk. Or donations can be made to the International Christian Church in Virginia Beach. Condolences may be left for the family at www.woodlawngroup.com.

Receiving news of your wife's death was devastating and I cannot begin to imagine your pain and sorrow. She was a true friend and I will miss her terribly.
