Virginia Beach - Navy Vice Admiral (Retired) Francis Raymond Donovan of Virginia Beach and Vienna, VA, died in his Vienna home on Sunday, May 4, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, the former Martha Dwyer Lyons; their 8 children and spouses; and 27 grandchildren. Interment is October 20, 1:00 pm at Arlington National Cemetery. A Funeral Liturgy was held at St. Mark Catholic Church in Vienna on May 9. Arrangements: moneyandking.com.
