I am extending my sympathy and prayers to the Spicer Family.
Frank and I went to school starting at Holy Trinity and up through Norfolk Catholic.
We also went to Old Dominion together...
In fact we were both altar boys at HTS...
I am sorry to hear about this.

Frank and I went to school together at NCHS. I remember him as a gentle soul who never had anything bad to say about anyone. Rest easy big guy...see you on the other side one day.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Spicer family. As a former employee, I knew Frank Jr. to be a great person and a true businessman.

My deepest condolences to Frank's family. I grew up with Frank while we lived at Merricac Park near NAS Norfolk. We attended both Holy Trinity and NCHS. Even played football together in our freshman year. He was truly a great guy!

My deepest sympathy is with the family. Even though I have not kept in touch with Frank the way a best friend should, I did think about him often. He was the best man at my wedding and the best person I ever knew. I don't think there was a mean bone in his body. I will truly miss Frank. He was my best friend.

When we come in this world we are crying and everyone is smiling, we try to live live so that when we leave everyone is crying and we are smiling down. Frank made most of us better people so I know he is smiling down on us. Always a little sister, Order of Diana, Tau Kappa epsilon. Keep his memories close and he will always be with you
