Helen P. Harvey VIRGINIA BEACH - Helen "Pat" Harvey, 74, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2009. She was a native of Paterson, N.J., and was the daughter of the late George and Catherine Mahoney. Pat was the former office manager at AIN Plastics of Virginia. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was active in the Sunshine Club. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Pat is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Jack Harvey and two stepsons, Hal R. Harvey of Florida and Brad E. Harvey of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by her sister, Ann Wesley of New Jersey; a stepgrandson, Taylor Harvey; and her goddaughter, Madlyne Tempesti. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Pats' five brothers predeceased her. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held Tuesday, July 21, at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church by Father Tim Kuhniman. Interment will be at a later date. The family will receive friends at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the Mass. Family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Holy Spirit Catholic Church Social Ministry, 1396 Lynnhaven Pkwy., Virginia Beach, VA 23453.
