I am deeply saddened at the loss of such a very special person in the VSP Alumni family. Jackie was always a bright, energetic spot in the midst of all of the Alumni gatherings. And she never seemed to tire of peddling those raffle tickets with the brightest smile no one could resist.

We are so very sorry to hear of Jackie's passing and sorry that we did not see this message in time to pay our condolences at the funeral home.

Jackie was a kind, caring and gracious person. In addition to all of her other activities she found time to attend and participate in the Virginia State Police Alumni conferences. It will not be the same without her. She will be sadly missed.
