Portsmouth - Jesse Boone, Jr. 87, passed on September 19, 2018. He was born in Franklin, VA. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was a Deacon and Trustee of Holy Trinity Church #1. He retired after 30+ years as a Supervisor from the Naval Supply Center, Norfolk, VA.
Funeral services Saturday, September 29, 2018 11:00 AM where viewing will be at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Church #1 (Main & Thorne). Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, September 28, 2018 from 6-8 PM at Fisher Funeral Home, 1520 Effingham Street, Portsmouth, VA.
