John Fedida Obituary
Virginia Beach - John Fedida, 64, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at home surrounded by family and friends in Virginia Beach. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Lesley, two sons, Michael and Jason, daughter-in law Emmy and their son Asher, mother Rosa, brother Sami, sister Cecile, their families here and abroad.
John attended the University of Maryland. He later received his GIA certification in gemology. John and Lesley opened Tidewater Keepsake Jewelers in 1980 and spent 37 years creating beautiful jewelry and friendships.
A graveside service will be conducted Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by Rabbi Michael E. Panitz. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma International, PO Box 665 Hartsville, SC 29551 www.accoi.org. Online condolences may be offered to the family at hdoliver.com.

Mr. Fedida was wonderful person I met in chemo treatment. In the little time I spent in his presence he was so uplifting to those around him. He gave me peace and courage for my first experience in that situation. He is rejoicing in love with God and I pray his family has peace and faith that he is always in your presence.
