Rawles Fulgham's sister, Ann Wilroy and I were best friends all through school. Rawles and my brother, S. C. were schoolmates and we were all very close. I am so proud of everything Rawles accomplished in his life and so glad we visited him in Dallas that one time in 1981. My loving condolences to all his family, especially his sister, Ann and his brother, Billy.

I did not know Mr.Fulgham, but he must have been a real Virginia gentleman. Whoever wrote the paid obituary did a really nice job. It is quite a tribute.
