Madonna Suzanne Olejasz

Madonna Suzanne Olejasz, age 85, of Norfolk, VA and Kill Devil Hills, NC, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

Suzanne was born July 12, 1938 in Wheeling, WV to the late Russell and Madonna (Conway) Jenni. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Kimberly Sue Bise.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 63 years, Charles as well as her children Rusty, his wife Brenda and Chris, his wife Sheri. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Ryan and his wife Stephanie as well as Joshua and Audrey and 1 great-grandchild, Peyton.

She is also survived by her sister Sally Bise and her husband Eddie and nephew Scott, as well as many other close family and friends.

Suzanne graduated from Triadelphia High School in 1956 and was a devoted homemaker. She was also a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Suzanne was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church in Norfolk for many years and was an active member of their choir and craft group. She was formerly a member of Third Presbyterian Church in Norfolk and most recently the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed baking and spending time with her family on the Outer Banks.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Outer Banks Presbyterian Church. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
