Meghan Zoelzer Obituary
Virginia Beach -
Meghan Lee Jamison Zoelzer, 33, passed away unexpectedly on May 1, 2015, at home.
Born in Norfolk, VA, she lived in Virginia Beach and graduated from Cox High School. She was previously a legal secretary with Kaufman and Canoles.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Norman William Zoelzer; mother, Betsy Jamison; her aunt and uncle, Cindy and George Frode as well as her brother, Brett Jamison and her father, Alvin Jamison.
A memorial service will be held at 1p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Kidney Fund, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or to a charity close to your heart. Condolences may be offered to the family at:

Meghan was my best friend for years when we were children. We spend all the time we could together building forts, playing games and sharing secrets. Unfortunately, when she moved from Sandbridge, we slowly lost touch with each other. Mrs. Jamison, Brett and everyone else who loves her, I am very sorry for your loss. I will forever cherish the childhood memories we made together and remember her as a kind, funny, loyal and honest friend.

My heartfelt sympathy to the entire family. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all. I wish I was able to attend the service. Meghan always found a way to make me laugh or smile. I have so many wonderful memories of visiting Virginia Beach and my girls having fun with her. Betsy, I remember the fun day you, Meghan, Carey and I had going to the Mystic Aquarium together...and the sweet green and white candles Meghan sent to Carey as they were her high school colors. I'll see you soon so we can reminisce and mourn together. Love to all.
