Melinda Anderson Obituary
Norfolk - Melinda Jo Anderson - Our beloved Mindy went to be with our Lord on Sept 10, 2018 unexpectedly. She was predeceased by her adoring father James P. Burns and her grandmother Jo Carey. Melinda leaves behind her beautiful children Silas J. Anderson and Evelyn L. Anderson to cherish her memory. Her husband Timothy Anderson, her mother Ava Burns, her brother Patrick H. Burns, her uncle Layne Carey and her grandfather James Carey. Numerous extended family members and friends. Melinda was a graduate of Old Dominion University with her Masters degree. She was loved by all who knew her. Our hearts are truly broken. In lieu of flowers you may donate to the American Diabetes Association. Cremation and funeral services of Tidewater is in charge of arrangements. A memorial service is planned at Norview Baptist church in Norfolk at a later date.
