We often speak of Mr. Yang to each other, remembering the kind of crooked smile he always seemed to be wearing, his gentle nature, and willingness to help friends however he could. When we gathered at various restaurants monthly, it was a pleasure and fun experience to sit near him and talk about anything. The world is a colder place without his warmth. Rest In Peace, friend.

Min-Jer is my granduncle. He is an elder with a great sense of humor to me and a nice person to get along with. He often has a smile on his face and Yang-style humor in his speech, which often makes us laugh. He looks like a serious person, but he gets along with young people like friends. When he returned to his hometown in Tainan, he would visit my grandpa and grandma every time. He likes to have tea and chat with my grandpa. As far as I know him, he loves his family and often talks about his daughters. He likes baseball and he took me to Yankee Stadium. Although there was no game that day, we still bought Wang Jianmin's signature ball.
Dear granduncle,
Your smile will always stay in our hearts.
We will miss you.

Good, loyal friend, quiet and thoughtful, always had a big smile on his face when he saw friends. Everyone who knew this kind man had great respect for him. Stood by his friends and family no matter what.
We will all miss him very much.
