What a fine gentleman with a friendly smile and warm heart. I'll always remember his unique Lousiana humor and read a lot of James Lee Burke to learn more of his Iberia. Certainly will remember him and feel fortunate to have known him. Bless him and know he's at a better place.

I was a patient of Dr Del beginning in the 50s in the Professional building downtown Portsmouth until he moved and retired and in 95 I moved to Richmond.. He was always so kind and funny at times (he would war a funny wig and bone necklace back then and would hum and sing)

He was a warm and caring next-door neighbor for 2 years every time I saw him in our hallway -- I always felt he'd be there if I needed him even though he himself was frail and sick. I'm so sad for Page and the whole family.

I had the pleasure of being his Dental Hygienist for many years. We had a great dental practice and patients. I have so many memories of our times together.Great times and sad times.
We were very close and my condolences go to everyone and a special hug to Katherine.
