May each day be filled with loving memories and healing moments. We will all miss Pat so much but are grateful to have been blessed with having him in our lives over the past 16 years.

The world has certainly lost a hero. The entire Operation Smile community will celebrate Pat's life and all he did for the children and families we serve. He will be deeply missed and we will always admire him for his dedication and passion. We offer our condolences to all of those who loved Pat, just as we did. May his soul rest in peace.
