He continued his career with several defense contractors in the Tidewater area. He was a resident of Virginia Beach, VA until 2010 when he moved to Bensalem, PA to be near his family. Paul is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Alma Lee Dumas, his three children, Sherri Carr (Marc) of Holland, PA, David (Sonia) of San Diego, CA, and James (Marleni) of Laurel, MD. He was the proud grandfather of Ashley Eisenbeiser (Nick), Mary Kate, Christian, Stephen, Amara, Mayah, Aaron, Jairo, Sabrina, Elijah and Savannah.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Southampton, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name maybe be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc-Delaware Valley, 339 Market St, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106. The family would also like to thank the nursing staff of Wood River Village and St. Mary's Medical Center for their excellent care during Paul's illness.
