In 1957 Bob and I worked at the second Precinct. Bob was Mr. spick and span, but don't let that fool you as he was also devious. You did not leave food in your car Police or personnel as there was a good chance it would be gone when you returned. It was unwise to leave your car unlocked because there was a good chance that items in your car would be arranger where you had to hunt for them. It you were walking a beat there was a good chance that someone would sneak up on you and throw water on you. Bob was a charter and those were days I will never forget. Everything was done in fun no one hurt one another and we all cared about one another. Bob was always looking for ways to prank you however we were always looking for was to get him back. Had it not been for those that made the job fun it would terrible job. Bob its sad that it had to be your passing that brought back many wonderful memories.
