Sandra Womack Obituary
Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Ray Long, Sr. and Ruth Long Spencer. She was also predeceased by her husband, Marvin K. Womack, and a brother, Joseph R. Long, Jr. Sandra was a 1970 graduate of Oscar Smith High School. In 2014, she retired from Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, after more than 30 years of service.
Left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Stacie Womack Wilson (Michael); a grandson, Tristan Gresham; siblings, Linda Boyette (Bob), and Cindy Wellons (Rick); sisters-in-law, Jenny Womack and Tammy Long; a brother-in-law, Michael Mangum (Susan); nieces and nephews, Rick Wellons, Jr. (Maka), Wendy Philpott (Jeff), Michael Brown (Christie), Christopher Skinner (Tara), Kelly Fuller (Billy), Celene Long, Ray Long, Dylan Womack (Megan), Kelsey Womack, Joshua Mangum; close family friends, Eric Caruth, Carole Alexander, Paul McPherson, numerous cousins, great-nieces and nephews, as well as her beloved granddog, Belle.
A service to celebrate the lives of Sandra and Marvin Keith Womack will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, Chesapeake.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.

Linda, Cindy, and family: I am so saddened to learn of Sandy's passing. I remember her so well from growing up and from church, and always thought she was pretty. It's especially sad since you just lost Joey. They are reunited and waiting for the family to all be together again one day. You've been in my thoughts and prayers.
