I was elected to the House of Delegates in 1992. It was an honor for me to serve with Tom Moss. He had a great sense of humor and was a good friend. Tom was a true Statesman. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working for Mr. Moss for a number of years in the City Treasurer's office. He was such a fair man and always had something funny to show you in his office. He was a joy to work for. Not many like him left in this world who truly cared about his employees. Rest in peace Mr.Moss
