Brother Skinner was my Pastor in Kingsville, Tx while I was stationed there back in 1984. My wife and I was just married. My wife played the piano and I would help with the song service along with Richard. I just found out today that Pastor is in heaven. He will be missed by this family. My prayers are with his wife and children and grandchildren. I will miss him. Sorry for your lost Mrs Skinner. Good memories of Heritage Baptist Church. Love to all... Looking forward to seeing Pastor Skinner in heaven.

Pastor Skinner and Diamond Springs Baptist were very instrumental in bringing us to a closer walk with the Lord and building a firm foundation in our new marriage in 1998. We have continued to grow spiritually to the point of being called into the ministry and give much credit to where we are now to those foundational beginnings with Pastor Skinner and Diamond Springs. He was one of the nicest men you ever could have the privilege to know and we will MISS HIM DEARLY!

We am blessed to have Pastor Skinner as our pastor. He was a kind loving and faithful man of God. Humble and respectful to everyone he meets. I knew him for 18 years and every time the military move us to the Virginia Beach Area, Diamond Spring Baptist church is our home church and we love it there. He has been our friend and Pastor. You will be dearly missed.

Greeting the Skinner Family and "my" Diamond Springs Baptist Church family during this bittersweet time in the precious and holy name of our Lord and Savior Jesus: No matter how many notes I missed while playing the organ during the Services of Worship, he would always say, "Just do your best. That's all God wants." May God continuously sustain, comfort, and console you during Pastor Warren Skinner's celestial homegoing because although we are weeping, there is definitely a celebration in heaven! (I wish I could be with all of you at this time. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers). Peggy Washington in Oklahoma City, OK

A couple of years ago when the Church got a new piano, I had the honor of meeting and dealing with Pastor Skinner and was sorry to hear of his passing. He was truly a man of God. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and his Church Family.

I will always have fond memories of Bro. Skinner. As a child, in the 70's, I remember his gentle kindness to me, my mother and brother, as we would clean the church on Saturdays. I will miss his numerous beautiful Bible verses, he posted on FB. each day. I am thankful to have known him. One day we will join him again, to spend forever with. Again, my prayers for Linda, Paula and Amy and their family.
