Memories and Condolences

Andrea, Billy, Jenny & Judy,
I was very saddened to learn only yesterday (March 5, 2011) that Bill had passed away last October 23rd. I truly wish I would have known or been notified so I could have paid my respects and attended his funeral. Although we haven't been close in recent years, Bill and I were very close, with he being my Best Man at my wedding. May he have a peaceful rest in heaven and my sympathies to out to all of you.

My prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. I am a co worker of Bill and he has been severly missed around the office. His humor kept us smiling and helped the days past quicker. May God Bless you and your family

My heart goes out to Bill's family. I smile because I am sure Bill is in heaven trying to convince GOD to play 21 black jack...He will remain in my memories as someone who reached and touch many of our hearts and souls.

My deepest sympathy to the Franssen family. Mr. Franssen was always very kind to me and truly it saddens me to know he has departed this life. The good thing is he has gone to a better life. May he rest in peace. I am going to miss him!

Your dad was certainly one of a kind! I will miss his belly laugh and cute dimples! Our lives have always been better because of your presence and he will truly be missed! I know that he is having the merriest of reunions with Uncle Al, Aunt Mary and my dad! May peace come in knowing that he is no longer in pain and that is journey is just beginning! Praying for smiles as you recall and celebrate his life! We love you all!

My deepest condolences to the Franssen family. Bill was a wonderful and dedicated man who made such a difference to the Fort Eustis and Fort Story communities. I was very fortunate to have known him. I know he will be deeply missed. May he rest in peace.
