Norfolk - William "Billy" Raymond Stringer, 63, passed from this life on July 14, 2017. He was born June 2, 1954 in Norfolk, Virginia to James F. Stringer and Margie L. Moore Stringer. Billy was born and raised in Norfolk, and worked as a Roofing Contractor.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Stringer and Richard Stringer.
Left to cherish his memory are sisters Margie Hudson and husband Bob of Beebe and Sandra Evans of Beebe along with several nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
