Angela Davis-Myers Obituary
EL PASO - Angela R. Davis-Myers, 53, of El Paso passed away at 12:32 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2018, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
Angie was born in Torrance, California, where she lived in until she was 13 and moved to Louisville, KY, were she graduated from Oldham County High School. She eventually went on to graduate with Bachelors in Communications from the University of Louisville, which took her to Caterpillar, where she was employed for 17 years. Angie loved to read, travel to the ocean, being outdoors, shopping and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. The biggest part of her life was spending time with her animals, two dogs (Jocko and Jazzy) and a parrot (Pickles).
She married Jason Myers on July 15, 2014, in Jackson Hole, WY. He survives.
Also surviving are her brother, Ed (Theresa) Davis of Sarasota, FL; two nephews, Mike (Melanie) Schnoor of Louisville, KY, and John Schnoor of Arizona; two great-nieces, Mikala Schnoor and Alicia (Kenny) Jackson; one great-great-nephew, Emmitt Jackson; her mother–in-law, Teresa Myers; father-in-law, Fred (Julie) Myers; and brother-in-law, Joe Myers; as well as niece and nephew, Addie and Jordan Myers; and Guardian Angel, Brandy Graybill.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter E. Davis Sr.; her mother, Alma Loretta Davis; and her sister, Vickie Lynne Schnoor.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, July 30, 2018, at Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka, IL. Visitation will be prior to services on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will be accorded.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to WCIC (Christian Radio Station) or the Humane Society.

Tim and I are so very sorry for your loss. I am so thankful that we had the chance to meet Angie and visit, a couple weeks ago. Angie met us at the door, (before we were even off our Bike), with drinks in hand as if we had plans to drop by. We had such a wonderful visit and talked as if we had known each other for years. She was quite the hostess. It was a beautiful day and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to know what a special lady Angie was.
