Jacob Cagle Obituary
EUREKA - Jacob T. "Jake" Cagle, 23, of Streator, grandson of a Eureka couple, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013, at his home.
A visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Grace Community Church in Streator. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Grace Community Church, with burial to be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Avoca Cemetery in Fairbury, Ill. Serving as pallbearers will be Jake's brothers, Matt and Nathan Cagle; and cousins, Scott, Joe, Steve and Chuck Limberg. The Elias Funeral Home in Streator is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Jake was born March 16, 1990, in Omaha, Neb. He was the son of Kevin Cagle and Amy (Ifft) Martin.
He is survived by his fiancee, Emily Ingram of Streator; daughter, Khloe at home, Emily's son, Noah Rathbun at home, his father, Kevin Cagle of Chenoa, mother, Amy (Keith) Martin of Kinsman; brothers, Matt (Megan) Cagle of Washington and Nathan Cagle of Kinsman; grandparents, Bob (Lillian) Cagle of Eureka; grandmother Donna Ifft of Pontiac; aunts; uncles; cousins; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bernie Ifft.
He graduated from Streator Township High School in 2008 and attended I.V.C.C. in Olgesby.
He worked at Space Mark in Decatur and Joe's Pizza in Streator.
He was a member of Grace Community Church in Streator.
Jake was a loving father, fiance, son, brother and grandson,
He touched the lives of everyone he knew and had a joke for everything. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
