Jennifer Hamm Obituary
LEWISTOWN - Jennifer L. Hamm, 26, of 14808 N. Grain Bin Road passed away at 1:20 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, at Graham Hospital emergency room in Canton.
She was born March 19, 1981, in Canton, the daughter of Leo and Donna (Hunkeapillar) Whitmore. She married Jacob Hamm on July 7, 2006, in Las Vegas, Nev.
He survives, along with two sons, Dylan and Drake Hamm at home; her father, Leo Whitmore of Lewistown; her mother, Donna (Rick) Walters of Rushville; her grandparents, Shirley Korth of Yates City and Bob and Sue Hunkeapillar of Lewistown; one brother, Scott Whitmore of Lewistown; several aunts and uncles; and her cat, Bully.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Taylor Hamm on Oct. 31, 2007; a grandfather; and great-grandparents.
She was a graduate of Lewistown High School class of 1999, where she was active in softball and volleyball. She attended Spoon River College and worked as a CNA at Renaissance Care Center in Canton. She loved four-wheelers.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown, with the Rev. Michael Barr officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, at the memorial home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jennifer Hamm Memorial Fund in care of Ipava State Bank.

Words can not even begin to describe this incredible young woman. I was only blessed with her friendship just over a year ago yet our friendship seemed one of a lifetime. I will greatly miss this beautiful , loving and ever so kind friend of mine. My greatest sympathy goes out to both families.Jake, Please remember the greatest gift that you can give to Jennifer is to celebrate her life and take those incredible children that you and her created and just continue to love them as you always have and every time you feel its getting to hard ,look at those boys and gather your strength from them.
