RANSOM - Louise A. Weber, 84, of Ransom died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2010, at St. Mary's Hospital in Streator.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Ransom United Methodist Church with the Rev. Paul White officiating. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Hagi Funeral Home in Streator. Burial will be in Allen Township Cemetery in Ransom.
Louise was born Sept. 30, 1925, on a farm near Ransom, the daughter of John E. and Mary (Kloepper) Voigts. She married Elmer "Sonny" Weber on Aug. 14, 1949, in Ransom. He preceded her in death Aug. 28, 2005.
She is survived by one son, Larry (Mary) Weber of Peoria; one granddaughter, Aaron (Dean) Penn-Stiebner of Bloomington; one grandson, Trent (fiancee, Kelly Scott) Murch of Chicago; two great-grandchildren, Jonna Penn and Jaden Stiebner, both of Bloomington; two sisters, Marie Thomas of Yorkville and Phyllis (Melvin) Matter of Minonk; and one brother, Bill (Carol) Voigts of Joliet.
Memorials may be made to the Ransom United Methodist Church or to the donor's choice.
