Phyllis Zinser Obituary
TOULON - Phyllis E. Zinser, 85, a resident of Toulon Health Care Center, formerly of Largo, Fla., died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, at the center.
Cremation has been accorded and a graveside inurnment service will be held in Rosedale Cemetery in Cambridge at a later date. There is no visitation. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services in Cambridge is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Phyllis Heaton was born April 13, 1925, in Goshen Township, Stark County, Ill., the daughter of Lewis E. and Florence L. Biederbeck Heaton.
She was educated in the Toulon area and graduated from Toulon High School.
Phyllis married Leslie Zinser of Hooppole, Ill. He passed away on May 1, 2001.
She was a clerical worker for General Electric.
The couple lived in Largo, Fla., for 40 years, and Phyllis moved to the Toulon area after her husband died to be closer to her family.
Those surviving are two brothers, Willard (Becky) Heaton of LaFayette, Ill., and Don (Olive) Heaton of Loveland, Colo.; and seven nieces and nephews.
Her parents, her husband, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.
