MARQUETTE HEIGHTS - Quyen T. Phan, 70, of Marquette Heights passed away at 2:25 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born Sept. 12, 1941, in Vietnam to Manh V. and Quoi T. (Truong) Phan.
Surviving are one daughter, Gina T. Gonzalez of Marquette Heights; one brother, Tommy Olson (a.k.a. Tam Truong) of Chicago; one sister, Huong (Jerry) Olson of California; and her nephew, Mum (Kathy) Le of Pekin. She also leaves a great-niece, Tia Le, and a great-nephew, Justin Le.
Quyen retired from Morton Villa Care Center, where she was a housekeeper.
She loved being outdoors and liked gardening, walking and fishing.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
