EAST PEORIA - Tiffany Diane Wasion, 34, of East Peoria, formerly of Jacksonville, passed away at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at her home.
She was born Nov. 20, 1978, in Springfield to Steven and Iris Patterson Oakes. She married Michael Wasion on Aug. 14, 1999, in Jacksonville.
Surviving are her husband, Michael of East Peoria; parents, Steve and Iris of Jacksonville; sister, Rebecca (Jason) Ayers of Cayambe, Ecuador; and paternal grandmother, Frances Oakes of Jacksonville.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.
Tiffany was a graduate of Lincoln Land Community College and went on to work as a manager at Coldwater Creek in Bloomington. She most recently worked as a corporate trainer for Caterpillar Tractor Co.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses of East Peoria.
Memorial services for Tiffany will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013, at the Kingdom Hall in East Peoria. Aaron Purvis will conduct services. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Bluffs, Ill. Cremation rites have been accorded by Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in East Peoria.

Dear Mike and family,
