Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Regina (Baker) Gross. She had attended Pierce Business School in Philadelphia.
She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Gilbert, and its Altar and Rosary Society; and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
At one time, she was active in the 4H and as a Girl Scout leader.
Surviving are three sons, Theodore Rennekamp of East Stroudsburg, Gerard Rennekamp of Neola, and Joseph Rennekamp of Lake Ariel; one daughter, Mary Ann Katt of Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters, Regina Herbrick of Sea Isle City, N.J., and Caroline Gross of Philadelphia; and 15 grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Gilbert. The Rev. William McCawley will serve as celebrant. Burial will be in Buena Vista Cemetery, Brodheadsville.
A viewing will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, at William H. Kresge Funeral Home, Route 209, Brodheadsville.
