George Delli Santi Obituary

George T. Delli Santi Jr. 95, of Tobyhanna, died Saturday, January 9, 2021 at home. He was the loving husband of Tressa (Janos) Delli Santi, with whom he shared 22 years of marriage.
Born in Hillside, New Jersey, he was a son of the late George Sr. and Mariantonio (Guzzolin) Delli Santi.
George attended Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster and later enlisted in the United States Naval Air Force. After his honorable discharge, he worked as an Electrical Engineer for BellSouth and AT&T. He was a member of many local organizations. George was a well-known perfect gentleman, who loved to cook traditional Italian meals.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, George T. Delli Santi III and his wife, Michelle, of Austin, Texas; James W. Delli Santi of Los Gatos, California; daughter, Elena Harte of Henderson, Nevada; and three grandchildren.
There will be a viewing from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday, January 14 at Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Reverend Father Gregory Loughney will conduct a blessing service at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, January 15 at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pocono Mountain Regional EMS, 135 Tegawitha Road, Tobyhanna, Pa 18466.
