Michael Custard Obituary

Michael J. Custard, 56, of Jonas, died Monday, July 19, at his home.

Born in San Antonia, Texas, he was the son of the late James and Genevieve (Brown) Custard.

Michael was a resident of the Monroe County area for the past 30 years.

He was of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by three sisters, Mary Ann Custard, of Stroudsburg, Eileen Daily, of Palmerton, and Diane King, of Las Vegas, Nev.; two brothers, John Custard, of Carbondale, and Christopher Custard, of Jonas; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, from St. Matthew's Catholic Church, East Stroudsburg with the Rev. Father Augustine as celebrant. Burial will be in Laurelwood Cemetery, Stroudsburg. There will be a visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the church.
