Teodoro Quinones Obituary
Teodoro Quinones, 89, of Stroudsburg, passed away Monday, May 17, at Brookmont Healthcare Center, Chestnuthill Township.
Born on Nov. 9, 1914, in Puerto Rico, he was the beloved son of the late Juan and Carmen (Domenech) Quinones.
Teodoro was a loving father and grandfather. He was employed by North American Iron and Steel of Brooklyn, N.Y., as a truck driver for many years.
Catholic by faith, Teodoro was a member of St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Stroudsburg.
Surviving are one son and one daughter, Theodore Quinones and Louise Gay, both of Stroudsburg; three grandsons, Gerald Gay of Bartonsville, Theo Quinones in California, and Todd Quinones of Philadelphia; one great-grandson, Gerald Gay of Bartonsville; and three great-granddaughters, Mackenzie Gay and Kassidy Gay, both of Bartonsville, and Kaya Quinones in California. In addition to his parents, Teodoro was predeceased by one grandson, Keith Gay.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 21, at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Stroudsburg. The Rev. Thomas McLaughlin will officiate. Burial will follow in Laurelwood Cemetery, Stroudsburg.
A visitation for family and friends will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 20, at Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, 27 Washington St., East Stroudsburg.

My Thoughts and Prayers are with your family . I'm a night nurse at Brookmont and took care of him many nights. We always talked about his grandchildren in the pictures. He will always be with you he is in your hearts.
