Charles Cline Obituary

Charles Douglas "Doug" Cline, 55, passed away while at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh on October 12, 2025. He was born on December 3, 1969, in Washington, the son of Kathryn (Cline) Jacobsen.
After high school graduation, Doug went on to become a security guard with the Allied Universal Security Company. He provided security for the power plant in Petersburg. Doug enjoyed playing various video games on his computer.
Those left to cherish Doug's memory include his sister, Barbara Ann (Hugh) Amlett of Newburgh; aunt, Marsha (David) Coleman of Washington; uncles: Calvin Cline of Jasper; Kirby (Mila) Cline of Glendale; Robert (Audrey) Cline of Heltonville; and several cousins.
During his lifetime, Doug mourned the loss of his mother, Kathryn Jacobsen; daughter, Kayla Cline; maternal grandparents, William and Barbara Cline; and a brother who died in infancy, Chad Jeremy Rodman.
Doug's family is planning a memorial celebration at a later date.
