Mrs. Harbin was born in Crowder, Mississippi on October 11, 1934. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mel and Mina Mae Sewell Dorris; first husband, Carl Waddell; two sisters and one brother.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Harbin; daughters, Debbie Brizendine and husband, Mike; Pat Reddick and husband, Tom; sons, Randy Waddell and wife, Angela, Stan Waddell and wife, Wanda; step-daughters, Debra Knight and husband, Lannie, Mona Jones and husband, John; step-sons, Mike Harbin, Pete Waddell; sister, Eva Bowling and husband, Harold; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Mrs. Connie Rae Harbin was conducted at 11:00am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Ralph Dailey officiated. Interment was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
