Kimberly Clark Obituary

Kimberly Ann Sharpe Clark, 55, passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening, July 17, 2024, at her home in Englewood, Florida, surrounded by her loving family.

Kim was born in Sarasota, Florida on June 28, 1969. She attended Englewood Elementary School, L.A. Ainger Middle School, and graduated from Lemon Bay High School in 1987. Kim continued her education and became a licensed CNA.

Kim was co-owner of Fine Things Jewelry and Serendipity Gallery in Boca Grande, Florida. She spent many precious hours fundraising for the Island School in Boca Grande, Florida. She enjoyed cooking and had a catering business on Boca Grande.

Kim enjoyed the summers with her family in the peace and quiet of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. She also enjoyed antiquing, sewing, and gardening. Her creativity carried into her traveling coast to coast for jewelry shows.

Kim is survived by her husband, Lee; the loving mother of Bryan and Ben Schwertman, Englewood, Florida; mother, Barbara Whiteaker Sharpe, Englewood, Florida; father, predeceased George A Sharpe; 2 sisters, Victoria "Vicki" Brewer, Englewood, Florida and Audra G. Sharpe, St. Albans, VT; 4 nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends, at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in the Fellowship Hall at New Hope Baptist Church, Englewood, Florida for family and friends.

Kim was an outstanding mother, sister, daughter, aunt and wife. She will be forever missed.
