I just learned the news about Marc today, 6/22/22. I worked with Marc on a large project at an architectural firm. We were good friends. I remember that he liked to model difficult forms in Revit. When he knew that I was collaborating in the making of the Revit model of the Notre Dame cathedral, he asked me if he could join the team and model something. I introduced him to the team, and they gave him a task, to model two circular windows. And he modeled them very well. When I gave a lecture in Las Vegas about the model, I showed a slide with all the names and photos of the team, and Marc was there. And today, months after all that, I learned the bad news. I am so sad about this. Greetings to the family. Rest in peace my dear friend Marc.

Margaret, Marc, and family,
We are so sorry for your heartbreaking loss. We have many fond memories with our sons and your boys from soccer games and tournaments and lots of basketball, too.
Marc was a special young man and you wrote a beautiful tribute to your first born Margaret.
Randy and I send our love and prayers to all of you. I know that your strong faith carries you through in our assurance of being reunited in heaven one day with our loved ones. We give you our deepest sympathy and please know that we are thinking of you at this difficult time.

I enjoyed the time I worked with Marc so much! A group of us used to go out on Friday nights to rest and relax from a busy work week. I even drove him home one time. Also, Marc gave great hugs! I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers!

Marc Anthony Zappia II, age 31, of Englewood/Orlando, FL, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021. The world has suffered a loss of an incredibly smart and talented man. Marc was an artist, musician, poet, inventor, draftsman, architect, and at times, philosopher. There are no words to describe in its entirety what an amazing human being he was. Our hearts are broken and the absence of his music and sweet conversation are deafening.
Marc is survived by his parents, Marc & Margaret Zappia and his brothers Andrew, William, Nicholas & his sister Leah.
The heavenly choir has gained a new member and we await the day when we are reunited with Marc and our Heavenly Father.
