Diana Thatcher Obituary
DIANA WILLIAMS THATCHER passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at her home in Port Allen, at the age of 74. She was born the first of ten children in Mansfield, Ohio and was a second mom to her 9 siblings. Her strong will and determination saw her through many illnesses and struggles. Diana fought the good fight with unwavering faith and courage and is now resting in the arms of the Lord. Her laughter, quick wit and sly grin will be forever missed.
Per her wishes she was cremated. A memorial service will be held at Wilbert Service in Port Allen on Friday, October 24th, from 1 to 3 p.m.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Chelsi Williams Collins and husband Marcus, Alex Williams and wife Kaylie; siblings, Danny Williams (Ida), Kathy Easter (Ricky), Sandy Williams, Carol Householder, Kelly Ray Williams (Kellie), Tony Williams and Sally Stelly (Olin); grandchildren, Eloise Collins, Landon Collins and Weslynn Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl M. Thatcher; son, Paul L. Williams; parents, Donald and Myrna Williams; siblings, Micheal and Joey Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any children's hospice.
