Many things change with the passage of time; however, memories of special people will always remain. Lisa was a wonderful Christian lady and remains an inspiration to many. She touched many lives, and I think of her often.

Various occasions bring Lisa and her family to mind. Those occasions always bring a smile to my face because I'm reminded of how her family knew how to have fun. I recall receiving a Christmas card from the family dressed in Santa hats to honor the holiday, but each one of them made a contorted face which made me howl with laughter. Lisa had an amazing sense of humor.

I think of Lisa, Rick and Ebby quite often. I routinely stop and pray at Lisa's grave during my many walks through Greenlawn cemetery. Her loving heart and fine example of Christian service have and will continue to strongly impact my life. She will always be missed by family, friends and all of us who loved her. God bless and comfort all.

Lisa was a warm, compassionate colleague and friend. She would come into my classroom to read to the children with such great interpretation that you would have thought she had written the book. Later on she did write a book that showcased her talents as a storyteller which she presented to our class and dedicated to me. I will cherish her friendship and book forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to Rick, Ebbie, and the rest of Lisa's family.
