Michael Crabtree Obituary
MICHAEL W. CRABTREE
MCDERMOTT — Michael Wayne Crabtree, 62, of McDermott passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at SOMC Hospice. Born August 26, 1954 in Portsmouth, a son of Everett "Gene" and Roberta Jacqueline Boyles Crabtree, and was a case manager for Mahajan Therapeutics in Portsmouth.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Annetta Mullins Crabtree; one son, Michael Wayne (Lori) Crabtree, Jr. of Lucasville; one daughter, Beth Ann Crabtree of McDermott; two granddaughters, Linden Crabtree and Ashley Crabtree; one brother, Ronald Crabtree of Michigan, and three sisters, Beverly Stevens of Lucasville, Susan Gray, and Marianne Swanner of Portsmouth.
At his request there will be no services or visitations. Arrangements are under the direction of McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.

i am so very very sorry for your loss mike was a wonderful person to everyone he came into contact with he always made u feel like u mattered and the kindness i have wittnesed from him during the time i have known him i will never forget he loved his wife and children and grandchildren he talked of them often while at work and his love for god

It was my pleasure to work with Michael for the past year. His dedication and compassion were his greatest assets. I did not meet his family, but I felt like I knew them because he spoke of them often and with affection. I know his co workers will miss him terribly, but I can only imagine the sadness within his family. Wishing his wife and family peace and comfort through this difficult time. RIP Mr. Crabtree!

The Crabtree Family have been a big part of my life for many years. Michael was the type of man you very seldom see or meet anymore, his family always came first in his life. He loved his family especially his wife Anita. God bless this family and see them through this sad time. Fly high Michael Crabtree, we will miss you deeply, until we all meet in Heaven one day soon.
