Bonnie was a very special family friend to my mother, Hazel and a very loyal supporter of the Lake County Historical Society to which she belonged for many years. She was a grand lady in all respects, and our family loved her and will miss her very much.

Mrs. Kaiser was my 2nd grade teacher in 1955-56 in the 'little building' on 73rd Avenue in Merrillville. She was both a teacher and the principal at the school at the time. I have many memories of that year and her class. She was a great lady.
