Elder Carl Sutton Sr., age 58, of Gary, IN passed away on November 3, 2016 at 7:12 a.m. at the University of Chicago hospital. He leaves to cherish his memories; beloved wife, Ruth B. Sanders-Sutton of 31 years. 3 Sons; Isaac B. Sutton III and Carl Sutton Jr. of Gary, IN, Daniel J. Sutton of Atlanta, GA, daughter, Carletha R. Sutton of Gary, IN. Special daughter, Courtnie C. Carl made many great strides in life as a good man. He had a great sense of manhood and of life. He will be greatly missed by myself and so many other people.

I am very sorry for your loss. Bobby and I are praying for the family. I remember him preaching. I loved to hear him preach and singing " Serving the Lord will pay off after while....". I'm sorry I'm not able to be there for the homegoing. I have to work that day. Bobby said they had a music group growing up. He will be missed.
