Daniel E. Wright

Wright, Daniel E. Age 62, of Portage, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Daniel was a member of the Boy Scouts Troop 683 and Cub Scouts Troop 3683 for many years. He was involved with the Burbank National Little League for many years, was a veteran of the US Army, and was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 705 in Chicago. Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Carol Wright of Portage; his mother, Betty Wilcox; one son, Danny (Brooke Mullen) Wright of Alsip, Illinois; two daughters, Cassie Cayetano of Michigan City and Lauren Patterson of Lake Station; 2 brothers, Steve (Debbie) Wright of Manhattan, Illinois and Russell Wright of Palos Hills, Illinois; three sisters, Diana Tamez of Texas, Deanie Meier-Vates of Beecher, Illinois and Wanda Giffey of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren, Lilliana Cayetano, Annabelle Cayetano, Zachery Paz, Alex Hogan, Mikalah and Isaiah Patterson, Brianna and Brandy Williams.
