Dear Ronnie, Reggie, Alvin and Annette:
My heart is heavy at the loss of our childhood friend. I'll never forget when you guys moved next to the Words. Another girl to add to the motley crew of Nita, Cheryl, Dercenia and myself! Jump rope, hop scotch! Yes!! But Debra wasn't playing in no sand and she was not climbing trees like we did. No way!! I enjoyed playing at their house, it was warm and comfy to us kids, Ms. McBride was a beautiful and nice person. My childhood memories will help ease the pain for they are lasting memories full of laughter and joy. friend.

Debra, it was quite a suprise to see you had left this somewhat place we call earth. The greatest thing of all is that you no longer have pain, worry, nor sadness. You now are entering the most beautiful place called FREEDOM! My mom..... told me so. God has now called you home and he obviously feels your job has been well done here on earth. Debra, my prayers go out to you and your family and friends. I do know that All Will Be Well and the sunshine of this light will always stay bright!!
