Edmund Fischer Obituary

EDMUND E. FISCHER Lake Dalecarlia/Lowell, IN Age 94, of the Lake Dalecarlia area of Lowell, IN, formerly of Oak Lawn, IL, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, December 27, 2006. He is survived by 3 children, Janet (Joseph) Orr of Valparaiso, IN., Edmund "Buz" (Karen) Fischer of Ocala, FL, and Michael (Karen) Fischer of Oak Park, IL; 7 grandchildren, Todd (Terri) Orr, Scott (Katherine) Orr, Caitlin and Adam Fischer, Joseph, Matthew and Caroline Fischer; 5 great-grandchildren, Kathryn, Tyler and Cooper Orr, Mckenna Orr and Slayden Joseph Fischer. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Gladys; 1 daughter, Karen; 2 brothers; and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 30, at 1:00 P.M., at the Sheets Funeral Home, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell, IN. Pastor Keith Rickert and Dennis Shipley officiating. Burial will follow at Lowell Memorial Cemetery in Lowell. Friends are invited to call on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home. Edmund was a WWII Army Air Corp Veteran and a member of Lake Dalecarlia Bible Church.
